Are you looking for some serious competition…or just some serious fun? Either way, there's an AMF league or bowling club that's perfect for you.
League or club. What’s the difference? Traditionally, a bowling league meets once a week at the same time for a set period, say 24 consecutive weeks. Teams of four bowlers usually compete for fun and for cash prizes. A bowling league is a great way to compete with a group of friends from work or friends in your community.
A bowling club also meets once a week but is usually less competitive. Adults, teen-agers, youth and people of all ages sign up for clubs. They bowl a few games and usually have something in common that unites them – like their love for racing, cartoon characters or the latest hot movie. And regardless of how your team finishes, clubs often offer bowlers the hottest premiums such as theme bowling balls, apparel and other extras.
To find out more, click on the leagues or clubs page or just pick up the phone and call your local AMF Bowling Center. No matter what you choose – a league or a club -- it’s guaranteed to be a striking-ly different experience!
