My partner and I come here several times a week over the summer and love the staff. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful whenever there is an issue with a lane and the staff know our drink order when we walk in. Everyone is so wonderfully helpful and nice to talk to. The one downside is there is often a lot of league bowling after 5 PM on weekdays, so it may be good to call ahead to check availability. We are big fans of the summer bowling pass.

The general manager Rebecca runs a great center, the staff is always fun and friendly. I think it's a great center for league bowlers and any non bowler just looking to have fun

Clean lanes and a very helpful and friendly staff. The front desk moved us to another lane to get us away from some younger, less courteous bowlers. The food was decent and the beer was cold. We will definitely be back!

AMF McRay Plaza Lanes is one of my few favorite bowling alley. It's at a central location for most of us, it's close to where I live, parking is easy, I love the seating arrangements with the tables and chairs, and the staff is nice, attentive, and accommodating. I've been a part of several leagues there and have made great friends along the way. If we're unable to join a league at McRay due to scheduling conflicts, then we're forced to go elsewhere, but we always go back to McRay to bowl on weekends or for our monthly bowling get togethers.

Visited this past weekend for youth tournament. It's a nice alley, seems well kept but it is a bit "old school" compared to some of the other alleys around Phoenix. The first day was teams and it was crowded and awkward because the seating by the approach / ball returns is six individual seats from yesteryear - this was fine for doubles and singles the next day but for teams there were two teams of four. They're really not setup to accommodate 8 bowlers per pair of lanes comfortably. Other than that no complaints, plenty of parking and the staff seemed friendly and capable considering the size of the crowd for the weekend. My kids enjoyed their time there.

I've been a bowler for over 55 years! I've bowled in dozens of bowling alleys. I also have bowled in several leagues at McRay Lanes. It is a fantastic facility and the best bowling alley in Chandler, Tempe or Mesa!

This is my favorite bowling alley in the valley. The staff here really makes it feel special. The servers are always very attentive and hustling around the house so your drink and food is always taken care of. Rebecca is wonderful in helping out as needed and making sure both experienced bowlers and new bowlers feel welcome. Also the layout of the seating here is much better than other houses IMO. No booths or swiveling attached chairs...just old school like it should be.

Bowling how it should be. If you wanna have a good time with a great staff throughout the whole house this is your spot. Rebecca always does such a great job making sure every single time we are taken care of. Everyone there is amazing from Cedric helping in the pro shop and the entire front of house staff being helpful and courteous...this place rules.

Love coming here, always have a blast. The nights with 16$ a person for unlimited bowling are the best. Lots of bowling leagues come here though so be sure to call ahead of time and see when lanes will be open.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Well worth driving the extra few miles to bowl here instead of the Kyrene location. Well maintained lanes and approach areas as well.

Prices are way cheaper than round 1. Lanes are well kept, approaches could use some love but I've seen worse. Staff is friendly... They really need a printer though, not being able to get a print out is odd.

This is an awesome alley & super clean. The staff is incredibly kind! They contribute to our bowling experience. The lanes don't break down and the food and drinks are amazing!
