We made a reservation and we had a great experience. Went today afternoon and it wasn't crowded. Kyle was the person assisting us and he was great the entire time we were there. Would highly recommend coming here.

Dope bowling alley! Tad (manager) and Ray were amazing! lane seating areas clean and whole place nicely kept and organized, also very friendly staff from the front desk to bar/ food area. Had a bunch of questions and Tad sat and talked with me answering all my dumb questions and inquiries! Will definitely be back soon one of the best bowling alleys I’ve been to in Dallas/plano/Richardson area.

My friends and I came to visit from New York and this bowling alley was warm, welcoming, & super fun. Drinks 10/10 , hospitality 10/10 , games 10/10 Definitely the spot to visit for a fun night out

My fiance and I come here a couple times a week. It's better than most other other places around town. They don't use pins with strings thankfully, but the ball return is super close to the foul line and does not give much space for a great walk up. Also, we have had some issues with the front desk service being rude and dismissive. Overall worth the trip and reasonable summer prices and promotions make it a great ROI option.

Best location in DFW. Bought the summer pass and been to a couple locations. Kyle at the front helped us. Great staff and they take care of the lanes and have proper oil on them compared to other AMF/Lucky Strike locations in the area.

Kyle went above and beyond for our best friends 28th birthday!! He needs to be promoted asap. We love his energy always. We look forward to seeing him whenever we enter the alley

I came in recently with my son and his best friend who is new to the alley. Kyle, I believe he is the GM, welcomed us warmly and as we got to enjoy our games, I was approached by staff we see weekly...Xander, one of the managers, Chris the bartenter, James who works behind the scenes, and Ray, who works day to day but was actually off and made his way to us just to say hello.. Even Henry, who got there as we were wrapping up, and I know is only there this summer as he is a college student... All of them make it feel like home, and us feel like super stars when we come in. My son loves it here. I come from the service industry, and I know the importance of learning people's names who I would see on a regular basis, as you can tell. AMF Richardson is excelling at this basis of customer service and every time we walk in, they greet us by name. The quality of the lanes has been top notch lately, and I seriously recommend this place to any serious, or casual bowler. 10 out of 10, 5 stars. T

This is my all time favorite bowling ally. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating, especially Kyle he was nothing but the nicest and most caring manager you’ll ever see 100/10 will always recommend this place.

This day *could* have ended very poorly. There was an unreasonably irate man in Lane 30 that decided he wanted to threaten me and my family (for one loud excited outburst). Had that happened, there's good chance my only association with this location would be a negative experience, and an impression that this is not a good place to be. However, the manager Jasmine (and her staff, apologies for not getting the gentleman's name) did their utmost in order to try and still afford us a good experience. Despite that unsavory's customer reaction not being their fault, they did not leave it to only be our problem. And I feel safe to come back for them having done so. Because you can't control how other people will behave, but I know at the very least that the establishment will have the interests of their civil customers in mind! P.S. The only thing I personally would like to see, is the capability to only add bumpers for a single bowler.

My favorite bowling alley! Has everything you need for a great time. Ray is a real gem-so friendly and helpful from our shoes to our pizza. Ray made our Sunday and took the best care of us!

Came with my family a couple of nights ago and the 5 star rating is for Ray. He is extremely friendly and kind and offered superb customer service! We have been coming to AMF for a while and I have never received the level of customer service from anyone there to the extent that Ray provided.
