Came here over the weekend and had an amazing time! Kyle,James and the whole team was super helpful and friendly, we couldn't have asked for a better time!!

The new general manager is 10x better than the last one. He has taken so much accountability of the previous gm’s mistakes and just outright poor decisions and turned this alley into a great place for your family and friends. The food is great, the bartender is amazing. The service is just completely out this world versus a year ago

Great service. Thank you so much. Exceptional service actually. I loved the after party special on Friday. Played a lot of bowling, had drinks and food. I will go back next time I’m in town

Nice clean environment. Personally I like the pool tables, but it's popular for reserving lanes for birthday parties.

Celebrated my friend and I’s birthday here recently and was blown away by the level of attention and quality of service that was given to us. Our host Kyle was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our time there went smoothly and we had the most fun possible! We also ordered the sampler plate for the table and the food was very fresh and yummy! We will definitely think about AMF when planning our next celebrations in the future.

Look, its a bit older for sure. The prices for bowling are great. We did get sliced down 3 times due to mechanical issues, then got moved, a few more issues. The team was quick to respond and get us going again. We had a great time.

We made a reservation and we had a great experience. Went today afternoon and it wasn't crowded. Kyle was the person assisting us and he was great the entire time we were there. Would highly recommend coming here.

Amelia is an a very hard worker she is very attentive to each Lane. I’ve never met somebody that was so kind while working so hard to help every patron in each Lane. She made the experience very memorable. I’ll come back because of her

Dope bowling alley! Tad (manager) and Ray were amazing! lane seating areas clean and whole place nicely kept and organized, also very friendly staff from the front desk to bar/ food area. Had a bunch of questions and Tad sat and talked with me answering all my dumb questions and inquiries! Will definitely be back soon one of the best bowling alleys I’ve been to in Dallas/plano/Richardson area.

My friends and I came to visit from New York and this bowling alley was warm, welcoming, & super fun. Drinks 10/10 , hospitality 10/10 , games 10/10 Definitely the spot to visit for a fun night out

My fiance and I come here a couple times a week. It's better than most other other places around town. They don't use pins with strings thankfully, but the ball return is super close to the foul line and does not give much space for a great walk up. Also, we have had some issues with the front desk service being rude and dismissive. Overall worth the trip and reasonable summer prices and promotions make it a great ROI option.

Best location in DFW. Bought the summer pass and been to a couple locations. Kyle at the front helped us. Great staff and they take care of the lanes and have proper oil on them compared to other AMF/Lucky Strike locations in the area.

Kyle went above and beyond for our best friends 28th birthday!! He needs to be promoted asap. We love his energy always. We look forward to seeing him whenever we enter the alley

I came in recently with my son and his best friend who is new to the alley. Kyle, I believe he is the GM, welcomed us warmly and as we got to enjoy our games, I was approached by staff we see weekly...Xander, one of the managers, Chris the bartenter, James who works behind the scenes, and Ray, who works day to day but was actually off and made his way to us just to say hello.. Even Henry, who got there as we were wrapping up, and I know is only there this summer as he is a college student... All of them make it feel like home, and us feel like super stars when we come in. My son loves it here. I come from the service industry, and I know the importance of learning people's names who I would see on a regular basis, as you can tell. AMF Richardson is excelling at this basis of customer service and every time we walk in, they greet us by name. The quality of the lanes has been top notch lately, and I seriously recommend this place to any serious, or casual bowler. 10 out of 10, 5 stars. T
