After you complete your booking, you can add to your headcount up until the day of your party! (Additions are based on lane availability.) However, cancellations and party reductions are restricted.

In order to enjoy the ease of booking online, you must pay for the party package in full upon booking. Part of the convenience of our party packages is that you can plan and book your partyall in one go. On the day of your event, just show up and have a blast!

The event fee covers administrative costs for your event and takes care of overhead associated with producing your (*amazing*) party. The event fee is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to personnel that provide service at the event. No gratuity to personnel is required or expected.

A maximum of 6 people may be assigned to a single lane. 

You are welcome to try, but our centers are very popular during New Year’s Eve. The only way to ensure you’ll get a lane is to book ahead of time.

Packages may include a champagne or sparkling cider toast (your choice)! You can also add on drink packages during the booking process. Please have all guests bring valid photo I.D. to the event. Alcohol service restricted to guests of legal drinking age and as appropriate to protect the safety of guests. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, beverage restrictions may apply at your center. Find your center to find out what is included in your NYE package.

 

NYE packages include a predefined selection of our delicious eats! Food will be served on platters directly to your lane. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be food restrictions at your center. Find your center to find out if these restrictions apply. 

Lane reservation availability will open up a few days before New Years'. Check back then to find out if your center is accepting reservations this year!

When you arrive for your event, please check in at the front desk and provide us with your party name. We’ll then connect you to the appropriate point-person who will help get the ball rolling and set up your party with the utmost care and precision.

We'd love to accommodate, but, unfortunately, no outside food or beverage is allowed into the center. Your safety is our number one priority, and in order to ensure a safe environment for all of our guests—especially as it pertains to the preparation, service, and delivery of food and beverage items—we assume the liability as the sole provider of all food and beverage within our centers. With so many of our guests experiencing food allergies, this policy has become a necessity, and we hope you understand. Almost all of our centers have free parking, but, to be sure, you may want to send us an email or give us a call prior to your arrival—just to confirm.
