Holiday party season is here: what to expect at AMF
AMF holiday parties usually run from early November through late January. December weekends are the most popular, so they fill up first. If your group has some flexibility, early December weeknights and January weekends are great options. Kids are often off school around the holidays, which makes daytime parties an easy fit for families.
The four holiday party packages
Every package bundles bowling, shoes, food, and drinks into one booking. Here's the lineup:
The Joy: 2 hours of bowling, unlimited pizza, Bavarian pretzels, classic wings, and fries, plus 2 beverage tickets per guest.
The Jolly: 2 hours of bowling, an unlimited spread that adds cheeseburger sliders and funnel cake fries, and 2 premium drink tickets per guest.
The Cheer: 2.5 hours of bowling, an unlimited buffet with salad and a dessert sampler, and a Premium Bar Package.
The Holiday Bash: 2.5 hours of bowling, a menu you build yourself (salad, starter, two entrees, side, and dessert), and a Signature Bar Package.
Menu items and pricing can vary by location. See the full details on the AMF holiday parties page.
A holiday bowling party for every age
The best part of an AMF holiday party is that nobody gets left out. Grandparents bowl next to grade-schoolers. Bumpers go up for the little ones, and the competitive cousins get their rematch. Between turns, the arcade keeps kids busy, and the food keeps showing up so nobody has to think about dinner.
For larger groups, like a whole extended family or an office crew, a group event sets aside space so your party can spread out and settle in.
Tips for the busy season
A little planning goes a long way:
Book as soon as you have a date. Popular weekends go quickly.
Count heads early. It's the biggest factor in picking a package.
Consider a daytime party. Afternoons work well for families and are easier to reserve.
Keep it simple. The package takes care of the food, so your only job is sending the invite.
